Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RektAds ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RektAds is a SaaS platform that connects to Meta Ads accounts, analyses creative performance using artificial intelligence, detects creative fatigue, and generates ad copy and creative briefs. The Service is intended for marketing professionals and businesses running paid advertising campaigns.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

To use the full features of RektAds, you must connect a valid Meta Ads account. By doing so, you authorise RektAds to access your ad data (creatives, spend, performance metrics) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your ad data with third parties. You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from the Settings page.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once consumed.
• Monthly credits reset on the first day of each billing period and do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms.
• Share account access with unauthorised third parties.
• Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or illegal.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the free tier.

All content generated by RektAds AI tools (copy, briefs, scores) is provided for your use. You retain ownership of your underlying ad data. RektAds retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, and technology.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI analysis or generated copy will improve your advertising results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RektAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
